I recently had the pleasure of working with francos electrical services who exemplified integrity and honesty throughout the entire process. From the initial contact to the completion of the project. They took the time to thoroughly assess my electrical needs, explaining each step of the process with transparency. Their attention to detail and precision in their work were impressive. What stood out the most was their unwavering integrity. When an additional issue arose, they promptly informed me, presenting cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Their busy schedule caused me to use someone else but the estimate for the job was very good compared to others and their communication was spot on. Hope to deal with them in the future if necessary.

My house had partial power. Hot day no air conditioning , refrigerator and freezer down , but some lights working. Very odd. I posted a quote request and spent hours calling around – but no availability or guidance. BUT THEN, I reached Franco and he asked me a few questions , asked me to call ladwp to check for power outages, told me 3 scenarios- 1. Ladwp power line down coming into house , 2 main or panel breaker burned out , 3 a combination of the 3. Franco said check ladwp so I could save money and I did. Ladwp claimed no outage (more on this below). So Franco asked for pictures of the main and panel breakers and immediately reviewed and called me back. Also a video with strange flashing lights on the breakers – didn’t see this before ! It was late by then around 6 pm and he arranged to a technician for early 8 am this morning – given the urgency WELL … ladwp started sending me texts and calls about an outage and a 4 hour and then 48 hour response time. I thought WOW Franco’s telephone assessment may be correct ! Around 12:30 am ladwp showed up (kudos to ladwp) and fixed the outage. I quickly texted Franco even though really late to cancel my appointment which he graciously did
BUT for Franco’s expert evaluation and compassion this whole episode would have really aggravating and expensive
SO I offered to pay Franco for his expert opinion but he declined any payment and expressed thanks that my house was up and running
I think everyone has an uncle , friend , etc who is calm, expert , and caring when things breaks down. The go to call in case of emergencies. For me Franco is that kind of GO TO person.

My experience with Franc from Franco’s Electrical Services isn’t from him actually doing any electrical work for me but rather just customer service over the phone. I had a ton of questions and Franc answered them all. But you know he genuinely cares because he would also ask questions to make sure he completely understands your situation and can provide you with 100% honest answers. At the end, he concluded that I actually didn’t need the work and that I was fine as is. He could have easily upsold me and take my money. Instead he was honest with me and won my trust to hire him in the future for any electrical needs. If you’re shopping around, give this guy a call and I’m positive you’ll be met with the same good old fashion customer service that I had received today.

Francois was right on time, came prepared and diagnosed and remedied our electrical issues quickly! He even pointed out a couple additional issues we were not aware of and fixed those as well, without an up-charge! He’s now my favorite electrician and I’m looking for any excuse to hire him again. I do not typically write reviews on work done, however I am compel to write a positive review on the outstanding work this professional had completed on my rental property . I had three estimates done; which was to have an old lighting fixture removed and sealed from the kitchen ceiling, then recess lighting installed throughout the kitchen and living room. The first two estimates I thought were kind of high and I felt they were trying to add on more work that wasn’t necessary. The last estimate from “Franco’s Electric’ spent numerous hours explaining the various options and prices. He gave me outstanding recommendations and ultimately left it up to me to decide on the route to take. I thought he was very reasonable and transparent; after completion of the job, he had later called and ask if the quality of work was up to my expectations. A true professional and highly recommended.

As a previous owner of electrical contractor in Chicago (retired now) Carlos did excellent job restoring my Insteon control system and my Lorex camera system after lightning strike. He can do anything for me anytime.
